Lessons I learned from two of my doctoral program professors are (1) just write and (2) continuous improvement. Putting words on paper is the hard part of the journey of an author. Get the words on paper and go from there. There is no easy part to writing. There will be several edits. You will continue to improve with each writing session. Keep writing in perspective…the final product can still be edited.

Reading is one of the few ways to travel across time and space without ever leaving your chair, offering a quiet escape into worlds manufactured from knowledge and imagination. There is a unique, tactile joy in the weight of a book or the glow of a screen as the outside world fades into a background hum, replaced by the rhythm of a well-crafted sentence. It allows us to inhabit lives vastly different from our own, fostering a deep sense of pride, empathy and wonder that few other mediums can replicate.
Some of my favorite books can be found in my book shop. Click on the link to dive into my book space that has brought me knowledge, imagination, and great joy. Being an author also brings me extreme joy, and you will also find the books I have written. Enjoy!
