Seven Principled Solutions (7PS) has developed a growth and leadership plan that is intentionally designed to help athletes and athletic teams manufacture, manage, and execute plans to elevate their personal, educational, and athletic goals. Each athlete or team will undergo a seven-step process to realize their ultimate potential. 

The Seven Principled Solutions mission is to deliver methods of personal development that manufacture individual athletes’ growth and assemble athletic teams that thrive on and off the court or field. Guided by integrity, innovation, and accountability, we partner with our clients to navigate challenges, unlock opportunities, and create a sustainable impact. 

What sets 7PS apart from the competition is my journey, from youth to college to post-college to the CEO of 7PS. My journey has been tumultuous. I have family, coaches, and mentors that have been role models who guided me through challenges. Lessons learned and overcoming challenges have led me to self-determination. I learned unity from family and athletic teams. My coaches taught me collective responsibility to meet our team goals. When I reached my moment of self-determination, my whole life changed. All the while, my educational journey has been supported by the life lessons I learned through athletics. Through athletics I learned how I can do anything on and off the field. At Seven Principled Solutions, we are a community dedicated to uplifting our young brothers and sisters into their full potential. Together, we will GO GET IT!
